Want clarity? Write it down.

It doesn't matter how old you are or how balanced you think your life is, we can all benefit from taking a few moments of quietness to ourselves and writing down our thoughts. Let's face it life changes daily. We encounter various obstacles from time to time that guide us along our paths. We may not understand the change that occurred at the time, but let us know that there is always a reason and a universal intention that carries us to a greater level. For all that is lost, more will be gained.

We might lose money. We might lose work. We might lose a relationship. No matter what change we encounter, we need to take time to ourselves to document the process and work through any emotions we encounter along the way. It doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, either way, you have feelings that need to vent themselves in a positive manner. You need to release them before they harm you or others. Part of moving on in our lives is understanding what occurred that got us to where we are now.

Take time to write down how you feel. Are you angry? Are you sad? What emotion best describes you under the circumstances? What are your hopes for the future? Write down where you would like to see yourself in the next year. It is ok to see yourself beyond the situation. It is ok to visualize yourself being happy. It is ok to have hope for a new tomorrow. Sometimes the positive visualization alone can be the bridge that carries us to the next part of our lives.
